Privacy Policy

Purpose limitation

Lead List QA processes the contact lists you upload solely to verify email deliverability and score leads against your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). We do not sell, rent, or use your lists for any other purpose.

Data we process

• Account information (email, name)
• CSV files and lead data you upload
• Job results, ICP profiles, and export history
• Billing information handled by Stripe

Retention

Uploaded CSVs and QA job data are retained for 30 days by default (configurable per workspace). After the retention period, data is automatically deleted. You may delete individual jobs or your entire account at any time from Settings.

Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to operate the product:

• Supabase — Database, auth, file storage
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Stripe — Payments and billing
• DeBounce / Reoon — Email verification
• Sentry — Error monitoring (PII scrubbed)
• PostHog — Product analytics (no raw list content)
• Inngest — Background job queue

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support or deleting your account in Settings. For EU users, our lawful basis is contract performance and legitimate interest in providing the QA service.
