Service description

Lead List QA is a self-serve outbound list quality tool. You upload CSV files; we verify email deliverability and score leads against your ICP configuration. You receive exportable results.

Acceptable use

• You must have lawful basis to process the contact data you upload.
• You may not upload lists obtained without consent where required by law.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• We do not resell or share your uploaded lists with third parties.

Billing & credits

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed via Stripe. Credits are consumed per billable email verification according to our published pricing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for billing errors.

Data retention

Job and upload data is retained for 30 days by default, then automatically purged. You may delete jobs or your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

Email verification results are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee zero bounces or inbox placement. You remain responsible for compliance with anti-spam and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
